Instagram has just rolled out the new in-app post-scheduling tool for creators and businesses.
Gone are the days when creators have to make use of third party apps to schedule posts.
But the social media technology app has introduced its in-app Instagram scheduling tool to help creators overcome this challenge.
The new Instagram scheduling tool lets you schedule Reels, Photo, and Carousel posts up to 75 days in advance.

Although this tool is handy and comes very important, the social media technology app said the tools is not new to creators.
Creators could schedule posts using Creator Studio since 2020.
However, this in-app Instagram scheduling tool will improve the user experience of the app as it could make it easier to manage your content on the go.

How it works.
To schedule posts on Instagram, you will have to follow these steps:
You’ll be able to schedule Reels by:
1. In the creation flow, tap ‘Advanced Settings’ before sharing the post.
2. Then, tap ‘Schedule this post.’
3. Remember to select the time and date you want it to go live.
4. Then tap ‘Schedule’ in the post composer.

Ads in profile feeds are also being tested for non-teen, public profiles.
This is the feed experience that people can scroll through after visiting another account’s profile and tapping on a post.
Monetization options.
Instagram said it is experimenting with a monetization opportunity that allows eligible creators to earn extra income from ads.
They will earn this extra from ads displayed in their profile feeds.
Instagram said this will begin with select U.S. creators.
AI-powered multi-advertiser ads:
Multi-advertiser ads allow businesses to be discovered.
“people who are in a shopping mindset and have recently engaged with relevant businesses content in feed,” discover the ads.
When a person expresses commercial intent by engaging with an ad, the AI delivers more ads from other businesses they may be interested in.
AR Ads:
An open beta of AR has been launched in both feed and stories.
