You can send a WhatsApp message to someone without saving their number on your phone. You can do that using Truecaller.

Sending messages on WhatsApp often require that you already have the number you are sending the message to.

You may have encountered the situation whereby you want to send someone a WhatsApp message but cant because the number is not popping up on the messaging app.

This could be because you have not saved the person’s number on your phone.

However, with the Truecaller, you can send a WhatsApp message to a number you have not saved.

Here is how:

Steps to send a WhatsApp message using Truecaller without saving the number:

1. Open the Truecaller app.
2. Type the phone number of the person you want to chat with in the search bar.
3. The Truecaller app will show the profile of the person.
4. Scroll down and tap on the WhatsApp button available.
5. The WhatsApp chat window will open.
6. Now send the message without saving the contact number.

This way, you don’t have to save the person’s number on your phone to send a WhatsApp message.

Send WhatsApp Message Using Siri and not saving number:

Similarly, you can equally send a WhatsApp message using Siri and not also saving the number.

Note that this method is only possible with iPhone. So, Android phones cannot do this yet.

Here is the steps to follow:

1. Using Siri Shortcut to send WhatsApp messages (iPhone only)
2. Open the Apple shortcuts button and click on ‘Add shortcuts’.
3. Install the WhatsApp to Non-contact shortcut.
4. Once the shortcut is installed click on it to run it.
5. Enter the number with the country code in the choose recipient box.
6. The WhatsApp chat thread of that specific number will open and you will be able to message the person.

Meanwhile, WhatsApp has added new feature that allows users record and share voice messages on their status.
