How to check your WAEC result via SMS, Internet and serial number is very easy. You don’t require expertise to do it yourself. just follow the steps below.

The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has released the results for candidates who sat for the West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination this year 2022.

Head of Nigeria National Office (HNO) at WAEC, Patrick Areghan, said approximately 1,222,505 candidates, representing 76.36% of the 1,601,047 candidates that sat for the examinations, obtained credits and above in a minimum of 5 subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

Also, it fully processed and released the results of 1,437,629 candidates, representing 89.79% of the candidates who sat for the examinations.

However, it said about 163,418 others, representing 10.21%, still have a few of their subjects still being processed.

Candidates who sat for the WAEC examination can check their results via WAEC Result 2022 Portal with link, www.waecdirect.org.

Equally, candidates can check the May/June result via SMS on your mobile, website portal or via your registration number.

How to check Your WAEC results via SMS:

First step:Type WAEC*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear
Second step: Send to 32327
After sending, you will receive a message containing your WAEC statement of result.

Also, note that this can only work if your network provider is MTN, GLO and Airtel alone.

If your result did not show, repeat the process again.

How to check your WAEC results online:

If you don’t want to check via SMS, you can check it via online.

You will need WAEC scratch card for this type.

First step: Go to portal www.waecdirect.org.
Second step: Log in.
Third step: Enter your Examination Number

Also:

Forth step: Select Examination Type e.g May/June
Fifth step: Select Exams Year e.g 2022
Sixth step: Click on Check Result.

You can also check your WAEC result via serial number. Here is how.

Step one: With your phone that has data,
Step two: log on to visit www.waecdirect.org.

Furthermore:

Step three: Enter your 10-digit Examination number.
Step four: Enter the Serial Number.
Step five: Enter your examination year.
Step six: Click on Check my WAEC Result.

It will then display your result.
