JUST IN: Twitter Releases List Of Most Shared Tweets

Twitter’s list of events with the highest number of shares on its platform is finally out. And, you wouldn’t need to take a wild guess to know which event ranked first.

On the top of the list is the announcement of the death of the first black, globally-acknowledged superhero, Chadwick Boseman.

The announcement was the last tweet from Chadwick’s official Twitter account. The tweet was shared 3.1 million times.

Asides from being the highest shared tweet in 2020, the announcement also racked up a record-breaking amount of likes at a 7.5million.

It is said to be the most likes ever given to any tweet.

Chadwick died of Colon cancer in August. His death came as a shock to many movie-lovers around the globe and even some of his colleagues.

More shocking than his death was the fact that he battled with stage Ⅲ Colon cancer whilst shooting scenes for some epic movies.

Part of such films includes Marshalls, Da 5 Bloods, Avengers End Game, and 21 Bridges, among others.
