The American publisher commenced its 5th Annual Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE) digital accelerator program on September 1.
In line with that, Forbes plans to hold a Demo day for selected participants.
The event is slated for the last day of the training, September 30.
It will feature startups and corporate professionals selected from the ongoing cohort.
These professionals will pitch to private investors as well as corporate hiring companies.
Recall that 1000 applicants were selected across 90+ countries from seven continents (100 applicants each from the seven eligible continents).
The other 300 were randomly picked from the partner program within the network.
It is only those who make it to the final stage that will participate on the demo day.
About the program
GSE debuted in 2016 with a focus on career development, personal development, and business development.
Five-years down the line, the accelerator wants to prepare applicants for a remote digital future.
It also tipped that applicants get to receive $250k in free perks and prizes.
Thanks to this year’s partners, Google Cloud, AWS, IBM Cloud, DigitalOcean, Sendgrid, and Zendesk.
